Hi Prefects!! Prefects' Appreciation Night 2008 is just 3 three days away!

Here is a little information for those who will be following our bus to Kota Permai Golfclub & Country House:-

*If you haven’t informed Matthew Moo that you’ll be following our bus, please let him know as soon as possible. His contact number is 0129247771.

There’ll be free transport for the first 20 people who pay up.
21st person onwards, an additional RM5 will be needed for the bus fee.

Please take note:
#1 The bus will be leaving SMKSU at 5.45pm. So for those who are taking our bus, please BE IN SCHOOL before 5.30pm. Please take your attendance from Sheng Ling.

#2 The bus leader is Sheng Ling and the co-bus leader is Xiao Fern.

#3 The bus will be leaving Kota Permai at 11.45pm.

Hi prefects! As all of you know, our form 5 prefects are sitting for SPM now. So, do encourage them to do their very best. The prefects’ team wishes all the 5th formers all the best in SPM. Don’t give up, give your all and try your best as this will be the last examination that you will be sitting for in SMK Subang Utama.

Bekerjasama dengan AJK


1.1 Pengawas perlu bekerjasama dengan AJK dan perlu mendengar arahan AJK semasa tugas

Denda Lewat


2.1 Pengawas harus memberitahu Xiao Fern jika tidak hadir ke sekolah

2.2 Pengawas perlu mangambil kedatangan supaya tidak perlu membayar denda lewat

2.3 Pengawas perlu menyediakan surat jika menghadapi masalah untuk datang awal ke sekolah

Malam Penghargaan Pengawas (Prefects’ Appreciation Night)


3.1 Pengawas junior perlu membayar harga penuh manakala pengawas senior membayar separuh sahaja

7.2 Puan Susela memberi mentos kepada pengawas-pengawas bermula dengan pengawas tingkatan 4 diikuti dengan pengawas tingkatan 3

Disiplin


8.1 Pengawas perempuan mesti pin rambut dengan kemas dan kuku mesti sentiasa pendek

8.2 Pengawas mesti menolong cikgu mengangkat bag tak kira di mana atau siapa

8.3 Maksimum pin pada blazer pengawas ialah 2 sahaja (Hanya pin yang dibeli di sekolah dibenarkan)

8.4 Jangan lupa memakai blazer semasa menjalankan tugas

Co-curriculum Day & Merdeka Celebration

In conjunction with the upcoming 51st Independence Day, our school decided to celebrate this event together with our annual Co-curriculum Day last Friday which was on the 15th of August 2008. In the morning, we, prefects formed a long line together with the other clubs and societies from the car park to the hall, as we prepared for Honour Guard. This is a formality that we carry out whenever our school invites VIPs to the school.



This Independence + Co-curiculum Day was started off with the organizations marching into the hall carrying their flags one by one. The Prefects’ Team was the last to march into the hall. The Assistant Head Prefect I, Assistant Head Prefect II and the Head of Discipline carried in the first three flags which were the Malaysian flag, Selangor state flag, and the SMK SU flag with the Head Prefect marching in front followed by 8 other prefects carrying the big Malaysian flag and behind, the rest of the prefects carrying all the other state flags.



After that, certificates were being given out to all the students who held posts in clubs and societies. There were also some performances by students inserted in the agenda which made that event merrier. This event went on smoothly for the rest of the day and ended with the singing of the Merdeka songs. That's all.

Prefects' Installation 2008/2009


Basically, Prefects' Installation is the biggest and the most significant day for us. During this event, those probates that worked hard and passed their probation would be installed as a official prefect on this respective day. Not only that, the new generation of Prefectorial Board of Directors would step up and continue the good work too.
